1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version in the App. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access or use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that access to adult-oriented content is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by registering with an email or through third-party login providers (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You may update your username, but usernames are not actively moderated.

4. Content

The App provides collectible video cards featuring adult-themed, AI-generated content.

• No content depicts real individuals, and any resemblance to actual persons is purely coincidental.
• Content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the content outside the App.

5. Rewards and Referrals

You may receive additional collectible cards through daily drops, login streaks, referrals, and events. Rewards have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be traded or sold outside the App.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Circumvent or attempt to bypass subscription requirements.
• Claim, imply, or represent that App content depicts real persons.
• Use App content for training datasets, deepfake creation, redistribution, or derivative works.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or account misuse.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its AI-generated content, features, functionality, and associated intellectual property, is owned by Boobdrop and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or chargebacks, or otherwise misuse the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and no refunds will be provided.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boobdrop and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boobdrop, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Boobdrop with respect to the App and supersede all prior understandings.
